We were made to eat whole, real food, sleep 6-8 hours/night, move our bodies, and enjoy life. This is the foundation of health, and really the foundation of being human. When a piece of our health foundation is missing, we will eventually feel it, physically and/or emotionally.
The best part about focusing on these basic areas is that by targeting one area, yo u are likely positively impacting other areas. For example, improved nutrition could lead to improved sleep (it did for me 🙋🏻♀️).
We know that 90% of chronic illness is correlated with lifestyle- which means it’s preventable! So be your own healer and start improving these a
reas of your life. Focus on one area, and see how much easier it feels to work on the other areas.
