Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to guide you through those obstacles. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply through the psychotherapy experience, and get you back on track. I provide clients in the Miami area with a wide range of psychological services.
Individual Therapy
I structure individual therapy (aka counseling or talk therapy) as an interactive process of self-discovery involving both the mind and the body. In your therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and change unhelpful thinking and behavior. I will help you “re-frame” your thinking and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. My goal for you is to leave the therapy session with a plan and feeling motivated. I also provide in-home therapy, phone, and video session.
Nutritional Psychology
Nutritional Psychology is the science of how the food we consume impacts our mental health. I take this a step further and practice what I call "Lifestyle Psychology." This means I look at how your physical health and lifestyle, including diet, exercise, and sleep affects your brain health.

Psychological Evaluations
I offer a wide array of psychological and psychoeducational testing. Psychological testing is a method used to evaluate for the presence of psychological, emotional, intellectual, and learning difficulties that may be impacting a person's ability to function adequately.
